DIR-3741 - French NCA Scrapper Tool - Missing Credit Institution Data In S3 Bucket

Summary

  • During the Index phase for Credit Institutes, rows with a URL / Link were not picked up
  • Added some addiotional logging to show indexing progress
  • Added screen shots to indexing process
