go-blocklist

Replaces the old avascript and bash script version with a go verion. Does all the work internally.

Environment vars:

• CRONSETTING // Default: "0 1 * * *" // At 01:00, every day

• UPDATE // Set it true to trigger an update

• PORT // defaults to 8989
